Le premier serait rationnel, chiffr\u00e9, n\u00e9goci\u00e9. Le second plus flou, \u00e9motionnel, li\u00e9 aux valeurs et \u00e0 l\u2019ambiance.<br>Pourtant, ces deux dimensions sont <strong>profond\u00e9ment li\u00e9es<\/strong> : la perception qu\u2019un salari\u00e9 a de sa r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration d\u00e9pend tr\u00e8s souvent du contexte dans lequel il travaille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors pourquoi ce lien est-il encore <strong>sous-estim\u00e9<\/strong> dans les entreprises ?
