Il ne peut plus \u00eatre dissoci\u00e9 des autres leviers : flexibilit\u00e9, r\u00f4le, clart\u00e9 des attendus, \u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rendre_les_RH_plus_lisibles_et_comprehensibles\"><\/span>Rendre les RH plus lisibles et compr\u00e9hensibles<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 des salari\u00e9s mieux inform\u00e9s, connect\u00e9s, comparant les politiques d\u2019entreprise, les RH doivent revoir leurs modes de communication. Exit les r\u00e8glements int\u00e9rieurs abscons ou les promesses vagues : place \u00e0 la p\u00e9dagogie RH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela passe par :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Des communications RH plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8res, multicanales, compr\u00e9hensibles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une mise \u00e0 disposition claire des grilles, process, avantages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des rituels RH plus participatifs : co-construction, ateliers, sondages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rapport au travail change. Ils sont garants d\u2019une coh\u00e9sion sociale, d\u2019une stabilit\u00e9 interne, d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience salari\u00e9 engageante. \u00c0 l\u2019heure des arbitrages budg\u00e9taires complexes et des tensions sur l\u2019emploi, leurs pratiques doivent \u00eatre plus lisibles, plus justes, plus adapt\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revaloriser le levier salarial, en lien avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique, est une condition de confiance.
